Sub : Annual Maintenance Contract of Vermicultural Pits in and around FTII premises for the year 2010-11.

The FTII is considering the proposals for Annual Maintenance Contract of Vermicultutral pits in and around FTII premises, Pune for the year 2010-11 i.e. 1.8.2010 to 31.7.2011 are invited from reputed and genuine agencies.

It is to mention here that the AMC Holder Agency (Party) will have to engage the required workers who will have to go door to door of staff quarters, canteen, TV Hostel, Boy's Hostel and Girl's Hostel mess daily and collect the garbage. Further, they will segregate wet and dry garbage and dispose off dry garbage and putting the wet garbage in “S” Yantra i.e. in Vermiculture pits install by M/s Pushkar Agrotech, Pune at various locations. The above mention terms will be included int the Annual Maintenance Contract Agreement to be executed between FTII and AMC Holder (Party).

Therefore, the concerned interested agencies are requested to kindly inspect all the above Vermicultural Pits locations and submit their estimate / quotation in a sealed envelop address to the Estate Manager for the period 1.8.2010 to 31.7.2011.the estimate / quotation should reach to Central Registry FTII by 26th July 2010 till 1.00 p.m.
